By participating in Communityview survey’s, you undertake to respect these general user conditions, which it shall be free to modify at any time. Without exception, when joining the Communityview Service, you agree to accept these general conditions before, the purpose of which is to define the terms under which you benefit from the Service.

Communityview offers entrants the chance to win a prize by signing up on. The participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Terms and Conditions.

By participating in this sweepstakes, all entrants agree to release Sponsor, its clients, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participating in this sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or while preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or from any prize related activity and claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy, defamation or prize delivery. 3 Obligations of Communityview Services

3.1.1 Obligations of Communityview Services. Consider your eligibility to take part in each of its surveys;

3.1.3 credit the relevant Notified Amount to your Account each time you correctly and completely answer all of the questions in a survey; for the purposes of this Agreement

3.1.4 Transfer the amount in your Account into the form of reward within 1 months of your successfully completing a survey.;

3.2 There is no obligation on Communityview to select any panel member to answer survey questions. The members requested to take part in surveys depends on the requirements of the clients of Communityview and the random selection of those requested to take part from those that are eligible

3.2.1 Offer a substitute reward of equivalent value to the payment method you have selected;

3.2.2 Change the value of the Nominated Amount in respect of answering survey and research questions.

3.2.1 Communityview shall not be obliged to make any payment to a member: 4Obligations of the member

4.1 Obligations of the member The Member warrants:

4.1.1 That they are 18 years old or over;

4.1.2 That they are not Corporations or other business entities as they are not eligible to become Members.

4.1.3 That they are legal residents of India only

4.1.4 That they will not attempt to answer a survey more than once, either by using more than one name or more than one email address to enter into a survey;

4.1.5 They will be honest in their approach to the research, for example they will not provide confusing or meaningless answers, randomly select answer options without reading the questions etc

4.1.6 The member is obliged to claim payment from Communityview via the procedures set out on the website.

5 Termination

5.1 Communityview may terminate this Agreement and your membership:

5.2 at any time by giving you 30 days notice by email; or

5.1.3 if you fail to take part in surveys in any twelve month period.

5.2 You can terminate this Agreement at any time by unsubscribing from Communityview, This can be done by email. The termination will take effect three business days after the receipt of your notice

6 Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the materials on this website are owned by Communityview Services unless otherwise indicated. You may download, print or copy any material from this website that you wish, provided it is for your own personal, noncommercial use and you keep in place all original copyright notices or other intellectual property notices

7 Limitation on Liability

7.1 We shall not be liable to you or to any other person or entity in any way, whether arising under contract, or otherwise, for damages of any kind arising from the use of this website, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, lost revenue or profits, lost or damaged data or other commercial or economic loss, that result from your use of, or inability to use, this website

7.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit the liability of Communityview for;

7.2.1 death or personal injury arising from its negligence; or

7.2.2 liability arising from fraud.

8 Disclaimer of Warranty

8.1 Separate terms and conditions may apply to certain products, services and materials available through this website. If this is the case this will be brought to your attention. Subject to this, no express or implied warranties of any kind are made in respect of this website or the products, services and materials available through it

8.2 Communityview does not warrant that this website will operate uninterrupted or error/virus free or that the information on this website is accurate or complete.

9.1 Any personal information you submit to Communtyview will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy

10 Changes to the Terms of Use Policy

10. 1 From time to time we may add new features to the website and enhance the level of service that we offer to you. This may lead to changes in this Agreement. Any such changes will be notified to you by us updating this Agreement and your subsequent use of this website will be deemed to signify your acceptance to the changes.

Entire agreement

11.1 This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof (save that neither party seeks to exclude liability for any fraudulent precontractual misrepresentation upon which the other party can be shown to have relied)
